I own a 1949 Willys Jeepster. The old cable is 56" long with a wire end that was attached to the Orscheln type hand brake with a bolt that had a hole in it. This obviously is adjustable. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thank you.

does this replace my Jeepster brake cable assembly that has an outer cable as a jacket and the inner cable protected by the spiral winding as shown above?
