I’m trying to install the Flexible Fuzzy Door Glass Run Channel 54". I get the top two screws that attach it to the door frame using a flat head metal screw. It’s the bottom three screws that don’t make sense. If I use a regular screw, won’t it interfere with the glass?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
It should not interfere with it. But just make sure to use the original length screws.

I have a '62 Willys pickup that we bought new and have just replaced the right door window along with 3 of the 4 felt pieces received in your kit, but I'm stumped by the fourth. The old interior horizontal felt was held in place on the window trim with industrial staples that punched through the window trim metal. Amazing. But, not having a metal piercing industrial stapler, I wonder what people do to hold the new felt in place. I have high-strength double sided tape, but the felt isn't completely flat. A strong adhesive or epoxy could be used I suppose, but wonder if there are drawbacks. Will you tell me what you think is the best solution? Thanks!

Hi. I just ordered this from you and you forgot to ship it. I need this asap. order #100184746. You only sent the Hood Rubber and Cowl vent lid seal but the packing list shows that all three were sent. Did you split the shipment into two boxes? Because the box you guys send the weather seals in is only about 8" long, so not sure how you would have fit the door fuzzy in there...

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Separate shipment. Please email mike@Kaiserwillys.com to help.

Does anyone make the small claw style clips that are originally used to mount the fuzzy window strips to the doors?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
668802 is the sweep clip.

My '56 wagon has one-piece glass, no vent windows. Do you have any suggestions about what to use for belt strips?

Willys Tech:

Do you have a complete weather seal kit for sale or do I buy all the parts separate and What's the cost. Thanks

Willys Tech:
We can build a kit up for you and take a discount. Please call us toll free.

do you carry the window sweeps for the door windows?

Willys Tech:
It comes in this kit.

What should I use to hold the belt line strips to the door and window frame? Mine was pop rivited and the rivits scratched the glass.

Willys Tech:
Alot of people use adhesive or go back with the original rivets.

What holds the flexible window run channel in the door frame? Are these pieces included in the kit or do you have them available separately? Thank you.

Willys Tech:
People usually use adhesive. The channel itself on the fuzzy lends itself to stay in there anyway.

Are these channels the proper size?

Willys Tech:
Yes that is correct. They are the O.E. dimensions.
