Are the holes marked to drill so it can be mounted to frame?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
No, you typically just mark it from the underside and go from there. Its pretty straight forward on these vehicles.

How long would shipping take for postal code 43143 address?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Please email mike@kaiserwillys.com

is wood added in channels like the old ones

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Yes they do have that in there.

Free shipping is means there are no charges after the sale, correct?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
That is correct

just to clarify, the old floor panel should be cut out first, then this replacement welded back in place correct? how close to the side rim should the old be cut then?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Yes, that is correct. Leave yourself plenty of room for welding. Once you cut away, you cant add back in. It goes all the way to the side panels and riser.

I'm not sure I understand your answer regarding the holes for the clutch, brake and throttle. Do I need to drill these holes? If so, do you have a recommendation on how to locate these points on the floor board. My old floor board is so bad I can't use it as a template.

Willys Tech:
Yes you have to drill your toe board holes. You can use the pedal arms as a template or you can call us toll free and we can get you measurements if you need them.

Is there wood in the bracing or is it filled in where the wood supports go through?

Willys Tech:
Yes, these are just like original with the wood inserts

The illustration shows the transmission floor cover panel as part of this and the description is new complete one piece etc. Is the cover included or separate? Please clarify. Thank you

Willys Tech:
It is included with it just like pictured.

What is the gauge of the metal used for your floor pans ?

Willys Tech:
18 gauge steel just like original.

Does this include the bracing/brackets that tie the floor into the frame siderails at the front? I don't see those brackets available as separate parts on your site and mine are totally rusted out.

Willys Tech:
Yes it includes all the toe board supports as well.

are holes cut for brake and so on

Willys Tech:
You have to drill your toe board holes.

Is this panel intended to sit 'on top' of the old one -- or is it best to saw out the old one and weld this in?

Willys Tech:
You are going to want to welt this in. It is complete with all the welded bracing and everything.
