Includes all major factory mounting locations, including channels for body mounting.

My 1963CJ5 has the windshield wipers on the top and not on the bottom as shown on picture. Does this tube come with them on top or bottom. If its on the bottom, will there be enough room to install them on top and cover the bottom wholes? Thank u
