Appears bearing is pressed in carrier; how do I get the old bearing out? and does the new bearing have to be pressed in the carrier?

Hi I have a 1956 pickup with a 231 Buick and T90 and wondering if this is the throwout bearing I need?

As long as they are still using the same clutch set up that was originally in there it should be correct.
