My rear diff ring gear is marked 43 8 and has 43 teeth. Do you have replacement ring and pinion? 1951 CJ3A

Willys Jeep Parts Tech.:
That is a 5.38 ratio. Email mike@kaiserwillys.com to help and we can ID what you need.

Hi I have a Ford F1 wird MH 4x4 conversation. It look s life the they took in the day Willy’s axels. Could I send you the identification number’s to buy the correct ring and pinion? Regard’s Werner

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Please email me the 5 digit code on them to see if i can match.

Is this item in stock? And do you have the front axle ring and pinion to match?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Yes we currently have stock. And email us more vehicle information to help.

i have a51 willys wagon,, with dana 44 rear, 25 front,, 538 gears,, has lockers,,, i want the wagon to go hwy speeds,, what do you recommend??

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Part number: SATURN is the best bet to do this.

I have a 51 Wagon 4X4 with a 5.38 ratio. Will this work in the rear dana 44, and do you have a the same ratio for the front dana 25? Already have overdrive.

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Yes, this should work for your rear end but we do not have it available for the Dana 25 front end.

Will this ring and pinion work in a dana 44 in my 1952 M38 that presently has 5.38 gearing? The axles are 19 spline and I think the PO put in a free floating kit because the rear hubs have warn locks on them. I'm interested in being able to drive without the engine running at real high RPM's. Thanks, Mark.

Willys Tech:
The M38 never used a 19 spline axle shaft. Please call us toll free. We can ID your rear end and get you the proper parts. Your probably better off with part number: SATURN

I have a 53 cj3b with a 350, muncie m21 four speed. I currently have 4:88 gears. I would love to lower the rpm at 60 to 65 miles per hour.Would the 4:27 gears help that much. Or should i run a taller tire. I am presently running 31's. I have had this jeep in my family since i was 10 in 1962. I drove it in high school and still love it. I would just like to not have to tow it everywhere.

Willys Tech:
Im sure both would do the trick. IF you still have your original D18 transfercase we do have part number: SATURN available.
