I have a 1946 CJ2A. Are both the 1/4" and 1/2" mounts compatible with my vehicle? I would prefer to use the 1/2" mounts but I do not know if the extra 1/4" space between the body and the frame will cause issues.

If you feel like the body is riding higher than the traditional 1/4" pad then sure. Mounts are fairly universal, the 2A just would have used the 1/4" would have been original
