Will this wheel cylinder fit the rear on 1951 henty j?

I have a 48 CJ2 and below it mentions rear cylinder is 3/4 inch. Where are you measuring? Mine are close to 1 inch in the rear.

I have a bit of a monster. It is a 53 CJ3A with a 57 CJ5 motor and transmission. I am fixing the brakes and need the springs, wheel cylinders, and shoes but I'm not sure which year the brakes are from. The part stamp for the cylinder is 45954. Can you tell me which parts I need from that?

Take a look at part number: 642967 & 807376 that will tell you which brake set up you have by looking at the shoes.
