The inner diameter of my output shaft is .78. The bushing slides right in, fits loosely. Do the output shafts come with different inner diameters or has this shaft been bored? Thank you

How do I get the old one out?

You have to press it out. Typically a socket same OD will do the trick.

Is this bushing the original size, or do I have to enlargen the hole? should I heat the shaft prior to intalling it? It seams aufully tight, and I dont want to damage it. Thanks

You do not have to enlarge it typically. Sometimes when people press them in the ID of the center hole can mushroom just a bit so it may have to be reamed.
