Yes, you have a D44 rear end. Not sure what you mean by the felt. It will have all new neoprene oil seals for you.

Mike I have removed my dana 44 rear guts. when I did I mixed up the two bearing caps. I there a way to find out which way they go back by the marks???

A lot of times the marks will line up only one way when you put them back on. I would double check it. Email mike@kaiserwillys.com happy to try to help.
