Where is this supposed to mount?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Just to the right of the accelerator pedal. Email mike@kaiserwillys.com and we can send you pictures of our CJ2A.

I haven't seen this before. I assume this is for the left foot. How does it mount/install?

Willys Tech:
It has a stud on the back side to go thru the floor board.
