How much trouble would it be to bolt-up a Willis 4-134 L Head Motor to a 1950 Studebaker pickup

I have the oppurtunity to buy a 62 willys pickup in running order and straight w/ the tornado 6 cyl and 4sp and 4wd. for 2k , all the info does not cover a 4sp or the tornado motor. Is this truck just an odd ball? yes its all origanal.

Willys Tech:
After 1962 the 6-230 OHC engine was an option. Usually they had the 6-226 L head engine though.

CJ-2A's always used the 4-134 L head engine Go Devil. Please call me toll free. Im more than happy to help out.

I just bought a 1953 willy's m38a1 beside the three speed shifter,there are three other shifters. what are they and what do they do? thanks much Ron

Willys Tech:
Those are your transfercase hi/low & 4 wheel drive in/out levers. The other is most likely a PTO shifter.

Is there a book that shows the assembly of the body that includes details of tail lights on a 1953 willys wagon?

Willys Tech:
I have complete mechanic manuals, owners manuals, and master parts listings for it. The mechanic and master parts will have a break down of the tail lights.

I have the oppurtunity to buy a 62 willys pickup in running order and straight w/ the tornado 6 cyl and 4sp and 4wd. for 2k , all the info does not cover a 4sp or the tornado motor. Is this truck just an odd ball? yes its all origanal.
