How can I know the D18 1-1/4" shaft you are selling is a large hole 4 inch?
Not sure of your question. The 1 1/4 measurement is the OD of the intermediate shaft gear. You can see a video of how to identify that on our YouTube channel.

I have a CJ2A, Has a 225 Buck Oddfire with a Muncie 420 transmission. Its adapted to a small bore 3/4 shaft Dana 18. My understanding is that the shaft diameter and bore size are different but they are practicly still the same transfer case. Is it possible to put this transfer case into my current set up without any issues?

I HAVE A 1966 CJ5 WITH THE ORIGINAL V6 BUICK MOTOR 3.7. I INHERITED IT OFF MY BOTHER IN LAW THAT BOUGHT IT NEW.. I THINK IT CAME WITH A TWO STICK TRANSFER CASE?? ANYWAY IT HAS A SINGLE STICK THAT WORKS BUT IS LEAKING BAD ALL OVER THE E BRAKE DRUM . NEED THE COMPLETE GASKET SET WITH SEALS?? PLEASE ADVISE. THANKS A VALUED CUSTOMER
923300 is the gasket set for your dana 18 transfer case.
Why does it matter what engine you have for the transfer case?
Typically no as long as you are still using the original D18 transfer case.
Are the Dana 18 assemblies equipped with the rear yoke parking/emergency braking mounting hub? or would i need to swap it prior to sending back a core
You would want to keep your old e-brake set up on your vehicle.
Is this the dual lever transfer case?

Mike I am restoring a 1965 CJ 5. I found a T 90 A-1 transmission with a Spicer G18-15-10-3 transfer case. Will this marry up to a 134 engine?

yes, that is correct. They are completely rebuild and are for the T90 transmission 4-134 motor. They come with a 1 year warranty. We can also build them for the 6-226 and V6225 motors as well.
