Will this fit my 57 pickup with the T-handle e-brake located on the right of the steering wheel near the ignition switch? My pickup does not have these four holes where the e-brake exits firewall so I question if this is the correct boot for my pickup.

They only used it on cane handles. You could use it though if you drilled to mount it.
