I have a 1967 CJ5 with rubber lines to the wheel cylinders. The only difference is that my brakes are 11 inch. Will this kit work?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
No, it would be different. you probably have a dual reservoir master cylinder. Youd be better off most likely with the 10" kit. But you still may have to modify given your brakes are unorignal.

How do I straighten the long tube without breaking it?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Give us a call and we can help you with that. Its fairly easy.

Are all tubes supposed to be the same diameter? The kit I have includes the tube from master cylinder to front T fitting in a larger diameter than all the other tubes. Tks.

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
These are all made to the original diameter. The lines then junction off to the wheels after the tee fitting on the frame.

I have a 1961 CJ6 with the 21" extension so its longer than most jeeps, will the MS00105 fit my jeep?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
You would have to extend the lines that run down the drivers side frame rail.

Do you have a list of where each brake line goes? I assume the longest one the needs to be straightened goes from the master cylinder to the rear distribution block, but which of the shorter lines are rear and which are front?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Please email mike@kaiserwillys.com and we can help out with any questions.

I have a 1966 CJ5 V6 with 9in breaks with flexible hoses to the front wheels. The package that it came in said for 4cy. Before I open the bag, any thoughts on if they will still work?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
This kit is for 9" brakes. You have a 10" brake set up. It will not be the same. You need part number: MS00111

Are these lines used with a dual master cylinder also or is there another set that needs to be purchased?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
If you have an aftermarket dual reservoir master cylinder or our kit, you have to make new lines to the master cylinder. I would buy a bender tool.

Can I buy only the line from the master cylinder to the front flexible line for a 1955 cj5?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Sorry, we can only get that in with the kit.

Does PN -- MS00105 fit a 1956 CJ-3? In the magazine they have this PN and on here it says it fits CJ-5

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
This is for CJ-5 only.

does this come with flex hoses

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
This is for the steel lines only. The flexible brake hose kit is part number: 800954

Does this come with the flex hoses?

Willys Tech:
This is steel lines only.
