I ordered this set for my 1943 GBW but the kit comes with philips head screws, mine are flat head. Which is correct ?

What is the finish on these screws and washers? Is there enough hardware in this kit to do top and bottom of both front seats and rear seat ( has 6" back rest ) Working with a WWII jeep. Thank you
