I have a 1948 Steering wheel and possibly all the pieces to install the horn button correctly. I'm having trouble finding information concerning the correct installation. Does this part come with instructions? Any other literature would be helpful My primary concern is how I stabilize the horn wire coming thru the steering column and whether a spring is needed behind the horn button.
