Would you recommend removing the inner seal on these bearings so they could be lubricated by the gear lube inside the transmission?

Daft question ,but why would this bearing stop leaks as its between the gear box and transfer box. I need one for my T90, have I got it wrong ? Many thanks.

It mainly prevents fluid transfer so one or the other doesnt ever run more dry.

Do i need to change any parts when i install the rear or front with sealed bearings. This jeep building is new to me.
