My friend purchased a copper cylinder head gasket from you for his 1960 Jeep CJ5 F134. He has recruited me to install the head gasket for him. What I have noticed is that it is possible to install the gasket with either side facing up but both sides are not the same. One side is solid copper around the combustion chamber and the other side has a crimped metal edge around the combustion chamber. I was hoping you could tell me which side faces the head and which side faces the block. Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated.
