I purchased a 1949 CJ3A Jeep Willy which had a Rochester Carborator installed. I don't believe it's the stock corborator for this vehicle, I purchased a Solex carborator and the mounts are not lining up. The Solex is 2 3/8, the Rochester is 2 3/4. Is there an adaptor for this or do I need to look into a new intake manifold?

If I screw the four bolts loosely to connect the Intake to the Exhaust manual, the mating surface does not line up with the engine block. If I remove the bolts, it appears the holes do not line up with the threads. What are my options?

I am replacing intake and exhaust manifolds on a1946 CJ-2A. What bolts-studs are included with the intake. Will I need to buy the four bolts for the intake-exhaust connection and 2 studs for carburetor-intake connection?
jason:
I believe that the original question was asking about the bolt kit to connect the intake and exhaust manifold together. (right where the heat riser is located). That kit is Part # G64520

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
The proper studs for the intake are 632159 and you will need to but two of them. For the exhaust manifold, the correct part is A564K and you only need one because it is sold as a kit. Thanks

Is there a gasket for the crankshaft ventilator that attaches to engine block. It's for 49 cj3A. If so do you sell one
Willys Tech:
The PCV valve just screws directly into the side of the manifold. The gasket for the larger bowl that fits onto the side cover gasket where the steel line screws in has to be made out of paper gasket material.
