Would this work for a 1960 jeep cj5?

Not as a direct fit. But with modification in some capacity sure.

Will this fit 1970 CJ 5

Michael:
Just installed this on a 1966 CJ5. Had to relocate the tab that has the two mounting holes to the firewall. All other mountings same.

Im sure it could be modified to fit but really its made for the vehicles listed in item description.
