What clamps fit this tube?

My M36A1 carb horn inlet OD is about 2.5" which is .25 greater than the ID of the seal Item 8329646....the ID of item 8329646 is 2.25. Could you confirm that the carb horn opening will go into seal Item 8329646? ( Maybe I have the wrong carb horn on my M38A1.) The seal that was on the M38A1 when I bought it has an ID of 2.25" and this seal will not go onto the carb horn. Either end of the Crossover tube will go onto a 2.25 ID seal. Thanks much, Ed
