I need a grommet for the accelerator pedal also. What part number is that, or will the grommets for the clutch and brake pedal also work for the accelerator?

Do the draft seals ride on the pedal shaft of attach to the firewall (floor) in some way?

They ride on the firewall side and cover the hole when not pedal is not depressed.

When you push the pedal in the draft seal moves with it uncovering the hole. What holds them to the firewall?

They go to the backside of the firewall and when you push pedal the hole should be open. There is a stop on the arm to hold them.

You have to unscrew the pedal and slide it on.

Regarding installation, it doesn't seem like it fits from either side (firewall or interior). How do you install?

The just slide onto the pedal shaft. They fill the hole from the firewall side.
