If I buy this brake line kit and the dual master cylinder conversion kit how much additional modifications will be needed to the new brake lines?

You will need to re-run the lines to the kit for sure. Depending on what kit you get it will take some more modification if running disc.

What is the physical size of the box used to ship the kit?

Typically 27x14x9 they will put a swooping hand bend in the long line for shipping purposes that is easy to straighten.

do the front lines come separate on the 41-42 Steel Brake Lines? also the rubber lines?

They only come in the kit. We do have the steel s-lines and brake hose separate though part numbers: 800953 & A1488
