just to clarify, the old floor panel should be cut out first, then this replacement welded back in place correct? how close to the side rim should the old be cut then?

Yes, that is correct. Leave yourself plenty of room for welding. Once you cut away, you cant add back in. It goes all the way to the side panels and riser.

I'm not sure I understand your answer regarding the holes for the clutch, brake and throttle. Do I need to drill these holes? If so, do you have a recommendation on how to locate these points on the floor board. My old floor board is so bad I can't use it as a template.

Yes you have to drill your toe board holes. You can use the pedal arms as a template or you can call us toll free and we can get you measurements if you need them.

Does this include the bracing/brackets that tie the floor into the frame siderails at the front? I don't see those brackets available as separate parts on your site and mine are totally rusted out.
