Are these self adjusting? There's no mention of adjustment specs. Adjusting the upgraded drum brakes for my Willy's truck was an issue.

I think I purchased the wrong brake kit, my S/N is J197612A, I purchased Brake3. What is the best way for me to remedy this or do I have to buy the other kit?

The two kits are the same other than the master cylidner. If your master cylinder has two clearance holes going thru it to mount it to the frame then you need BRAKE3. If your front hole on the master cylinder is threaded to mount it to the frame and the other a clearance hole then you need BRAKE2.

I purchased a front disk brake kit and master cylinder. Do you have a kit that is just the back brakes (cylinders, springs, shoes, drums), or do I need to just buy individual parts?

Really its just the early and late master cylinder. The early was threaded and the late unthreaded on the front mounting holes.
