Do you have a diagram showing exactly how this part is installed? I have this part on my 1959 Willys truck however appears that the previous owner inverted the pivot ball... do you know why they would have done this? Was this a factory option?

This was a factory item over on the drivers side knuckle. Sounds like they may have tried to do some kind of conversion. Email mike@kaiserwillys.com some pictures.
