Does this have to be mounted lower towards the frame rail? I mounted it to the firewall and it will not pull fuel out of the tank.

Its a remote mounted unit. You should be able to mount it anywhere that is convenient. It would be best to mount it lower though so that the fuel doesnt have to go uphill.

Looking for a 6v fuel pump, do you sell one with the delete plate?

Sorry, we only have them in 12 volt. We do have a resistor to make it work if you like for 6 volt I do believe.

I have a 1962 DJ3A and I have tried to replace the fuel pump using same model pump I had on it. I tried two times and they will not work. Is there an electronic pump available for this model?

What is the pressure for this pump? I have it on a 226 engine in a 1961 Wagon.

I have a 1955 Willys 6-226 truck and recently bought an electric fuel pump to replace a bowl mechanical type. Can the electric fuel pump be placed in the horizontal position or should there be an angle Up from the tank & Down towards the carburetor? Saw a youtube video where it was recommended to place it at a 30 degree angle. Please advise. Thanks.
