My 1965 had the front differential replaced years ago with an earlier year differential with S lines. Can I now use the later wheel cylinders with hoses connecting directly to the cylinder?

I have a 57 Willys with the f134 Hurricane engine. It looks like the front drivers side wheel cylinder is not functioning properly. I see that there is a 60 degree and a 90 degree cylinder for this model. Would there be a way to know which one it is at this time? Regards, Kelly
Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
The easiest way to tell is by seeing what kind of line/hose goes directly into the wheel cylinder. If you have a steel "S" line that goes into the cylinder then the one you need is a 90 degree. If you have a flexible brake hose going directly into the wheel cylinder then you would need the 60 degree cylinder. Thanks
