I have a 48 and was wondering why the fender brace wasn't coming together with the frame. Can you show what the piece of wood is?

Maybe you need to adjust the body if putting on a new one or possibly shim. Send photos so we can help.

Just painted my passenger fender for a 46 CJ2A. Want to put it back together but live in the wet northwest. what do you suggest to put between the fender and main body, I took off a canvas type material that will hold moisture.
Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
This is what we recommend - B1739. One kit will be enough for both sides. Thanks

what is the difference between the fenders for a 48' CJ2-A and a 50' CJ3-A? They appear the same from photos.
Willys Tech:
They are basically the same fender. I do believe there is slight difference in the brace to frame.
