Hello I have a 90 degree wheel cylinder on my front wheels, but the port is clogged with dirt. What is the purpose of the port?
Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
That is where your bleeder goes. Sounds like you have no brake fluid in your lines and air. All of it need to be looked at.

I am helping a friend with an MGTD that was destined for a hot rod V8 60 conversion in the 50's. He was told that the rear end is a Willys. We are looking for replacement rear brake cylinders. The only number on the cylinder body is FD 10029, probably a casting number. I hope you have a replacement cylinder.

will this work on a 1965 CJ5 that has angle ports and flex hoses from the frame to the wheel cylinder ?
Willys Tech:
This is for early style that have a steel s-line going directly into the wheel cylinder. If your ports angle you have a flex line going directly into your wheel cylinders. Those are part numbers: 803640 & 803639
