Have a 42 mb with an air pump / compressor to inflate the tires . Will this belt work ?

My jeep has a 12 volt alternator. Does this belt fit? CJ3B 54.....

This is for a governor. The proper fan belt is part number: 647629

My jeep cj3a does not have a governor just the fan and generator, is this the right replacment belt?
