i need a horseshoe style clip that holds the e brake lever to the rear brake shoe' the clip on the diagram looks correct,for my 58 wagon.,#641853 .the clip shown looks different. is it a different style that works for same purpose

I need (2) of the Hand Brake backing plate retainer clips - # 641853 - it says "call for details" - any chance you can give me an idea via this Q&A what the "details" are? Thanks.
