We purchased a wiring harness and am trying to pull the wire out of the head light plug since in the video it says you can "pop these wires right out if you don't want to cut the grommet". I am not finding this that easy. How do you take the wires out without breaking the plug?

That would be part of the harness itself. If you just need the plugs then that is a local Napa item.
