Can this relay be used on a positive ground 6v system? I'd like to use it on my 1949 Century boat. Thank you!

I am not sure on that. All Willys were originally negative ground.

I have a 1952 6 volt Century boat with a 6 volt, dual horn system. The boat company had used automotive parts (ie steering wheel and horn system) on its boats. Why or is a horn relay needed for the horns to function properly? Is this relay water/moisture resistant? Thanks!

When current is applied to the relay - IE you press the horn button, the horn’s power circuit is completed, allowing the horn to function and ring. You could wire direct to the horn but it will stay hot. Early Willys didnt have horn relays. These are water resistant but I would not keep them in a wet area.

What wires connect to this? What wires go to the horn? I have no idea how to hook this up properly
