looking for ignition switch 1957 jeep willys 8 pin connector

how do i remove old key cylinder ? doe's bezel on dash unscrew on 72 jeep commando?

I believe there is a release that you can push in on the backside and twist with cylinder. Will have to check.

Do you also have a wiring diagram (potentially with color codes) for the ignition switch?

1) Will this fit a 1973 CJ-5? 2) I've seen other sites offer a spring-loaded switch for the exact make, model and year, but this seems to just have a screw-on ring. Will that be sufficient to keep the switch from turning when I turn the key? Thanks, Ian

I only show it fitting up to '71. This switch has the plug in connectors like the original with the twist on bezel. If this is style you're going for, I'm sure you can make it work. Thanks
