I'm working on a jeep which received a later v6 engine swap; T90 with 1-1/8" 10-spline input shaft. Clutch disc is ~9" in diameter. Looking for measurements to confirm fitment. Pressure plate hole locations/distances? etc.

I have a 1958 Willys Jeep CJ5. It has the F-134 over head valve motor with standard T-90 transmission. Upon disassembly, I find a 9-1/4" diameter clutch. I see this was a heavy duty option in 1960, not 1958. Will 921977M work for me? Does the kit include the alignment tool? Not listed, but included in the video. Thanks, Jim

It is possible to have the H.D. option early. It does not include a clutch alignment tool. See part number: 930733

I have 1964 cj3b with a bork and Beck type 9a7 clutch. I ordered a clutch from O'Riley and it was a 8.5 inch not fitting. Do I need a heavy duty clutch to fit?
Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
The diameter of your old pressure plate will determine if you have the 8-1/2" or 9-1/4" clutch. Thanks

Ok, here it goes, I have a 1951 cj3. It originally came with a flat head 4 cyl. Back in the 70's my dad and I put a 215 ci Oldsmobile v8 in it which is a GM. He bought an adapter kit to adapt the GM engine to the T90 transmission. My dad pulled the engine out in the 80's to have it rebuilt, then he passed away. So it's been sitting for awhile , I"ve retired recently and would like to put it back together. Parts have gotten lost. Anyway I need a Master clutch kit. Would you have any idea which one I would need . I was thinking I could use the one used for the 225 ci V6 sense it was a GM engine. Can you Help Please Thanks Brad

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
You will need a different flywheel. They have a different bolt pattern than the 8.5" clutch.
