What glue have you found to be the best way to keep the Rubber Horn Button in the steering wheel. Mine keeps falling out.

They used a snap ring in there to hold it on the groove.

I have a 69 CJ5 and want to install horn button and wiring. The button and wiring were gone when I purchased the jeep and I have been trying to figure out how the wiring is suppose to be routed. There doesn't seem to be room inside the steering column for wiring with the shaft from steering wheel to steering box. Can you inform me as to how the wiring is to be routed?
Willys Tech:
It goes thru the center of your tube and worm gear and out the bottom of your steering gear box.

I believe the wire is routed down the steering shaft, is there a seal for the steering box for the wire. this is a new experience, look for a little guidance.
Willys Tech:
Yes it does route down. They never used a seal there really. It goes down the flute so there is no need for one.
