Could you confirm that th 2 felt seal and the 3 spacer intermediate shat are included ? Is silicone betwen yoke and shaft usefull in preventing leaking ?
Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Yes, that is correct. Unlike other kits ours is a rockwell tested shaft for hardness as well. You do want to put silicone on your splines as well to prevent leaks.

I previously asked, "Are the front and rear bearings in this kit sealed bearings? Would that help with oil leakage as in the T90 transmission? Do y'all sell sealed bearings separately?" And y'all's answer was, "We can sub them out for you. Call in the order. We have them separate as well on our site too" WHAT IS THE PART NUMBER FOR THE REAR SEALED BEARING FOR THE D18 WITH THE 1.125" SHAFT?
Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
943729 and 944559 for the T90 we also have them for the T84 as well.

I am having trouble pulling the seals from my transfer case in preparation for a rebuild. Do you sell a tool that does this, or can you direct me to a video that shows me how to pull them without the dedicated tool? Thanks, you guys are awesome!
Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
The output seals are best removed by a thin flat head screw driver. Try not to groove the housings. Lisle does make a oil seal puller you could try.
