Does this kit work for a 1961 cj6 with the 4-134, or is there a different kit? Does this come with a 1.5inch pipe diameter?
Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
It will work but you would just need to add a 18" sleeve to the long pipe for the CJ-6's extra length at the riser between front and rear floor boards.

I have purchased 2 different systems. The first only left 1/8" clearance to the pedal assembly. The second was a slightly larger diameter and would not clear. Have you seen this issue, and can you tell me the diameter of the pipe?
Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Please give us a call and we can try to assist you. There is a very close tolerance to the pedal shaft. Sometimes you can "tweak" the pipe to get it moved away some.

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
We never paint them but I suppose you could use some high temp engine paint if you wanted. They are plated.

I got this system from you only to find that I may need to modify it. There is a Bumper Winch connected to a PTO. The PTO drive runs over the cross member at the same spot that the exhaust pipe is designed to go. What is the appropriate fix? Thank you, Marfk
Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
If you have a PTO then they used a different long pipe to accommodate. You'll have to modify the long pipe if you want to keep the PTO off the back of the transfer case. You can call and ask for Mike M. if you have any questions.

What is the recommended modification to allow this system to clear the PTO drive? Do we bend the pipe to go below the frame?
Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
The driveshaft for your PTO will go in same spot. You will have to run the exhaust pipe to the outside of the frame rail to work.

I have a 1968 jeepster commando with a hurricane (4 cylinder -134) and T90 transmission. I'm told this is the original setup. Is this true? I need the complete exhaust system......is the 641856K the correct kit?
Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Yes, the Jeepster Commando did have that as an option. However you will have to have the exhaust system made there locally for it.

I have a 1969 CJ-5 with the 225 Dauntless V-6. Will this exhaust system work on it. I am having a hard time finding a new exhaust system for my Jeep.
Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
The V6 in the Willys used a number of different manifolds so the pipes changed. You will have to make it at a local muffler shop.

I've got a 1960 Jeep Willys FC-150 that was converted to a horrible vertical stack through the truck bed. Would this kit work with my truck to take it back to stock? It's an F-head. Thanks, Brian

Really this will only work for the vehicles listed. I would have your FC exhaust made locally at a good muffler shop is your best bet.
