My engine had a rebuild by nekaf in 1969 and they fitted seat valves in the head and block. Is it time to change them or are they only ever fitted the once. Thanks.

How do you remove the old seats and put these in? Can it be done in the vehicle? Thanks REX

Your local machine shop will have a removal tool for you. I'm sure it can be done inside the vehicle.
