I have a 1953 CJ3B with the T90, 3 speed, and F-134 engine. I cannot find the model number of my starter. I see some of the gear reduction starters for the B have 3/8" starter bolts and some have 1/2. My question is: can I tell which gear reduction replacement to use by measuring the bolt heads? And is there any other way to determine which gear reduction starter to order--other than removing the old one and measuring the bolt diameter? Thanks in advance for your guidance. Regards, Jeff R"
