what fuel pressure is this pump

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Typically it is around 3 psi.

Will this work for a DJ-3A ?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
I do not show that to fit the DJ3A.

Does this have a fuel filter in the pump

Willys Jeep Parts Tech.:
I believe there is simple strainer internal but if your worried about bad fuel from your tank i would always run an external filter. You dont want it going into your pump.

Can you tell me how the two vacuum tubes are connected on this double action fuel pump on a 1955 CJ3B? I only have one vacuum wiper. Should I connect one of the tubes to the wiper motor and cap off the other one?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Typically thru a vacuum advance on your distrubutor or thru you PCV depending on vehicle.

Jeep Willys 64, I have a servo connected, will this fuel pump pull the wipers?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Not sure what you mean by servo but this is a dual action pump and does have vacuum for the original vacuum wiper motors.

Does this model require a spacer? I rebuilt an AC unit with premium kit, has a sliding "foot" that came off first run, was told that's common. I see this unit does not have such. I'd like to be able to run my NOS vacuum wipers. But apprehensive about any further failures.

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Alot of people use 866236 yes. But alot dont use them at all. So we see it both ways.

Is this a replacement fuel pump that will fit an 1962 FC150 with vacuum wipers?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Yes, that is correct.

Jeep cranks and turns over, but after use for 10+ minutes and shutting her down, the Jeep will not turn over. Mechanic thinks the carburetor is so hot the file is vaporizing. Also said the Jeep stared once he opened the carburetor, releasing an air lock. Do you have a picture of this pump installed?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Please email mike@kaiserwillys.com and we can try to assist you.

Will this pump work on a 1953 M38A1 F134?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Yes, but you would have to re-run your lines and fitting since your vehicle used a different military pump. But the pump functions the same on the 4-134 F engine.

This fuel pump looks like it has 2 tubes coming out of the bottom. Are these both vacuum lines? If so, I'm guessing that one of them is for the vacuum wipers and the other might be for vacuum assist to the PVC valve piping. Is that correct?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Yes, that is for your vacuum ports typically thru pcv or even a wiper motor.

sorry that ? about the fuel pump was using item 120206

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
I dont understand the question. Please email mike@kaiserwillys.com to help. Thanks!

Is the upper chamber with threaded fittings the fuel pump and the tubing for the vacuum? And the (out) on vacuum to the wipers does the (in) get hooked to base of the carb

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
The tubes are for your vacuum and the other diaphragm is for your fuel side.

I have 64 Jeep cj5 134 f engine I want to replace the carburetor with solex #923808 and I new fuel pump # 120206 do I need a regulator to reduce the fuel pressure

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
I would just double check your pressure to make sure you are in range.

My engine starts fine, but dies after a second, or two. In trying to isolate the problem, I noticed through the glass bowl that air bubbles are coming into the fuel pump, through the inlet, as it's pumping. Is this normal, or possibly part of the problem?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Sounds like you may have a torn diaphram.

Hello, do you have your pieces to FRANCE?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
We ship daily UPS and USPS international.

I am replacing the dual fuel pump on a 53 M38-A1 with your part #120206 new pump. Do I need to remove the thick spacer from the engine block? Do I need a thinner spacer or just the pump gasket? Thanks

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Typically people use the thinner civilian style spacer.

old pump has an a slide on the pump arm the new one 119238 doesn't have this. Will there be any clarence issues using new pump without the slide?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
I think you mean fuel pump. Yes, this is correct for your vehicle. There are just different versions made thru the years.

I am replacing a duel action fuel pump and I am hooking it up the same way it was put on. I know this isn’t the best method, but I’m military and it’s how I’m wired to do things, lol. Well, upon reconnecting the lines I noticed “in” on the pump and that’s where the previous owner had a line going towards the carburetor. Isn’t the “in” indicator where you should install the line from the gas tank? Also, what if I did switch the lines and there is no suction? Thank you, Geoie

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Send some photos of how your installing to mike@kaiserwillys.com and we can help out.

Should the lever on a new fuel pump move freely, the one I purchased does not move up and down at all

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
No, they are very hard to actuate by hand. We have to put them in a vise and use a dowel stick to get leverage.

If I have a dual action fuel pump for my 63, CJ5, but am nit currently using the vacuum wipers, can I cap the outlets somehow? Also, is the spacer required?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Dont cap but you would want to port them together. Use a spacer if you have high fuel pressure.

I have a dual action pump with a glass bowl on my 1957 CJ5 do you have any of those for sale? or are these the same and/or interchangeable? thanks

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
This is the same pump, they just make it with a metal bowl. Its the only way they are available anymore.

Has anyone tried to mod this pump to work on a 230 OHC ?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Sorry, I don't believe this will work for the 6-230 OHC engine.

I have a 1960 cj5. How do I know if I have a 134F engine.

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
If the spark plugs are on the side of the motor, at a 45 degree angle then you have a f-head motor. Thanks

What is the difference between the 8329807 spacer for MFUELPUMP, and the 866236 spacer for this pump? Will the 8329807 spacer work on this pump? Thanks

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
The military pump spacers are much thicker.

Why is the 38A1 not listed..same engine.

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
This is for civilian Jeeps. The correct pump for the A1 is: https://www.kaiserwillys.com/factory-rebuilt-fuel-pump-dual-action-fits-50-62-m38-m38a1 Thanks
