Can the Item # 924392 CJ-5 headlight buckets, with minor modifications, be used with the M38A1 grill?

I am trying to fix up a 1957 CJ-5 and I noticed there isn't a grill specifically listed for it. Does this one fit?

It will match up to your hood and fenders. But you will have to modify to fit on a CJ-5 given its a hinged mounting vs. the center mount.

It doesn't look like the turn signal/marker mounting holes are recessed? I thought the original M38A1 had recessed headlight and marker light cups?

Hi. Curious: Will an M38a1 grill fit a 1974 CJ5 ? I rather like the recessed headlights to reduce potential damage when creeping on a back high-country mountain trail. Thanks: Richard

Need a grill for a 1967 M38A1/CJ5. Looking at purchasing the fenders as well Front Driver Side Fender (With Side Marker Indentation) Fits 52-71 CJ-5, M38A1 Item # 984705 This one seems older than I need and wondering if you have one that will fit?
