This emergency brake T-handle and bracket kit of for your early CJ-5 with the under dash mounted pull handle.

Your original hand brake cable will hook right up as well.

Properly stamped on the end of the T-handle.

Note:
This is the same T-Handle and bracket kit used on the Willys Truck and Station wagon 1954-64. However Willys had a bracket welded to the back of it allowing it to bolt up to the firewall becuase the distance was greater than on the CJ-5. It can be used for the TR/SW but you would have to extend it.
