Is this for one or two ports? I need two
Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
The male end is for your canister. The female end for your hose.

Do I need 2 of these for a brand new canister? I ordered your new canister and the proper hoses but the hoses will not screw into the new canister. I really wish I knew I needed these back when I ordered everything else.
Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Two of these fittings do come with the new canister we sell (#808042). Otherwise, you'll have to purchase them separately. Thanks

I purchased two of these fittings and a new oil filter canister but the fittings will only screw into the canister about 3/4 of a turn before they get really tight. It appears that the female fittings welded to the canister are not correct. Any suggestions?
Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Make sure any paint is out of canister. It should be tight fitment to seal.

"I need two of these fittings. The one is a straight one and the other one is a 90 degree one. The end that screw in the block or the canister is a 1/8" PSP male and the other end should connect to the rubber oil hoses. Can i get the part numbers to ad them to my list.
Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
We do have some 90 degree fittings. Try part number: A215

On a 47 CJ2A, it looks like the fittings on the oil filter housing should be 90 degree so they point in the right direction for the hoses. Are they supposed to be straight? Do you sell 90 degree ones that would work here with your hoses?
Willys Tech:
The fitting on the block for the inlet should be a 90 degree. On the canister it should be 2 straight fittings for inlet/outlet.
