Looking at the pictures, this gauge has no provision for illumination?

My question is not for a Jeep but I am wanting to run a Jeep gas tank under the pass. seat of my 1930 Ford Model A . I'm looking at part number 640685 for the tank .Is this the part that I need for a sending unit.? I know that this is out of the usual but that's kinda how I work. Thanks for any help you can be with this.

Which 6 bolt fuel sending unit will work with this gauge? This gauge reads full at approx 11 ohm and empty at about 115 ohm.

For wiring on this fuel gauge, one terminal to sending unit, one to ignition. is there a ground?

i have a m38 converted to 12v and a fuel cell, the sending unit reads 0 omhs when empty.. will it work with this gauge?, whats the empty for full omhs range?
