Those just stick thru the end of the cable and crimp in place. They are the contacts.

Since I'm going 12 volt do I need a shorter coil to distributor wire than the original wire that came from the dash mounted coil?

You will want to mount your coil on your block next to the distributor on the existing studs that are there. If your missing the bracket its part number: MSD8213

I have a dash mounted Keyed coil. Do you have a coil wire that would be long enough to reach that?

You are probably going to have to pick up the suppression wire locally. Typically you can buy it in universal lengths.
