Are the self sticking stencils reusable? Or are they one time users?

These are paint mask (one time stick) stencils. They are not reusable.

I have a 1953 M38A1 - Can you tell me the correct size of the stars for the fenders and the hood? Any other correct stenciling information would be appreciated.

I believe those were 4" stars but will have to confirm.

Is this the standard star that is on both sides of the jeep circa 1944 post Normandy? Thank you Scott
