Is the tie rod boot the same as the rubber on this tie rod end? That is, do I need this, AND the boot? If I buy the tie rod end, is purchasing the boot redundant? Thanks!

I bought a used 63 CJ5 where the entire original steering system was replaced from the steering wheel to the power steering gear box mounted on the front frame, tie rod etc. I want to go back to the original factory spec. Trying to order this part by part and have it right is a real challenge. Is there a easier way. I want to get your cyber Monday deal but do not want to guess. HELP!!!
